Free Delivery - Subject to a minimum rental term of 3 periods of 28 days in addition to delivery being within a 10 mile radius of our Horsham branch. Please speak to our Rental Team for delivery outside of this area.
Collection, early termination and other Terms and Conditions may attract an additional fee. The vehicle will remain your responsibility for upto 24 hours upon it's return to our Horsham office.
Servicing - Your car will be serviced in line with manufacturers’ guidelines and / or service instructions which appear on each car’s information systems. We will manage any servicing which may need to be done.
Tyres – We will ensure that tyres are in suitable condition when we hand over the vehicle to you. As with your own vehicle, you are responsible for checking tyre pressures and condition regularly, e.g every week. We will pay for any tyres which need replacing due to wear (though not for tyres which have been damaged).
Oil & water – As with your own vehicle, you are responsible for checking and maintaining the fluid levels (oil, water, brakes, PAS) on a regular basis, i.e. every few days.
Breakdown assistance – In the UK, you will be covered either by the manufacturer’s standard warranty breakdown cover or, if that cover has expired, by our own breakdown cover. If you have a breakdown, you must let us know immediately – we will contact the relevant breakdown provider and arrange repair of the vehicle. You must not take the vehicle out of the UK without our explicit written consent.
Insurance and damage to the vehicle – Unless we have agreed to insure you, you are responsible for getting insurance for the vehicle. See our section on insurance.
We may carry out a credit check on you prior to providing you with a vehicle. This will use publicly available information.
