How It Works |

- Give us a call or click on the ‘enquiry’ button next to the car that you’re interested in. Fill in the form along with any special requests or questions in the comments box. If you can't find the vehicle you are looking for, please tell us what it is you need and we'll do our best to get it for you. We usually respond to e-mails within one working day at the outside.
- Once you've decided on your vehicle, we book it for you and make any arrangements for delivery if necessary (please note that there will be a small delivery charge which just covers our costs). We will need to know whether you or we are going to insure the vehicle. Note that while we do not offer insurance to long term customers as a general rule, we can do this in certain cases. Please ask if you do need insurance - we take such requests on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot consider drivers under 25 or those with more than 6 points on their licence.
- We will need to take the initial 28 days' payment and a damage deposit of £500 (and a copy of your insurance cover note if appropriate) in advance of any delivery. If you are collecting the vehicle from us, we only require a pre-payment if you are renting an MPV or minibus.
- We deliver the vehicle to you; you inspect the vehicle for pre-existing damage and mileage and sign the rental agreement.
- You drive the nation's roads happily for a few months.
- When you are ready to arrange the return of the vehicle, you contact us. We inspect the vehicle to assess mileage and condition; any refurbishment or excess mileage costs will be deducted from your deposit (or you will be charged for any costs over and above the deposit).
