Your car will be replaced, as a rule, at 12,000 miles or six months old.
Consequently, we will handle any servicing which may need to be done.
Tyres – We do not expect to replace tyres during the 6 month / 12,000 mile period; you should, however, check tyre pressures and condition every week or so.
Oil & water – You are responsible for checking and maintaining the fluid levels (oil, water, brakes, PAS) on a regular basis, i.e. every week or so.
Breakdown assistance – you are covered by the manufacturer’s standard breakdown cover. This assistance varies by manufacturer (AA vs RAC etc) – please check the terms and conditions for each manufacturer. If you are supplied with a temporary replacement vehicle in the case of a breakdown, you must let us know immediately.
Insurance and damage to the vehicle – unless we have agreed to insure you, you are responsible for getting insurance for the vehicle.
We will carry out a credit check on you prior to providing you with a vehicle. This will use publicly available information.
