If you're hiring a vehicle, we ask that you arrive at least half an hour before we close, to allow time to complete the necessary paperwork.

One-time passcodes: any UK driving licence holders hiring a vehicle must use 'Share My Driving Licence', the online service from the DVLA, for validation of their driving record. 2) Additional proof of address: utility bill, bank statement or similar: no more than 3 months old, must be in the HIRER'S name.
3) Credit or Debit card to pay for the rental; we accept Visa and Master Card, which MUST be in the HIRER'S name. We do not accept Solo, Electron, AMEX or pre-paid cards, nor do we accept cash or cheques.
This depends on what categories are on your driving licence. Everybody should have the entitlement to drive vehicles up to 3500kg GVW with up to 8 passenger seats apart from those holding a provisional licence.
We take a deposit of £500 (whether or not you are taking our insurance); we refund the deposit to you when the vehicle is returned in the same condition. If you are not a UK resident you will be required to provide a deposit that is equal to the insurance excess.
Delivery is free of charge, subject to a minimum rental term of 3 periods of 28 days in addition to delivery being within a 10 mile radius of our Horsham branch.
We charge for deliveries more than 10 miles from our Horsham branch. Please contact our Rental Team for more information.
Collection, early termination and other Terms and Conditions may attract an additional fee. The vehicle will remain your responsibility for up to 24 hours upon it's return to our Horsham office.
Excess Mileage charges start from £0.20p plus VAT per mile. Should you exceed your original agreed mileage terms you will be liable for the excess per mile charge.

If you've misplaced your licence, please contact our Rental Team to discuss your options.
Driving licences must be in English, have an English translation or be supported by an International Driving Licence. Your licence must show the date you passed your test in addition to showing the type of vehicle you can drive. If you have been within the UK for 1 year or more and you are from outside of the EU then you will need to apply for UK driving licence.
Our vehicles are supplied on a like for like basis. You are required to return the vehicle in the same condition and to the same fuel level as you found it. We do not offer refunds for excess fuel.

We will ensure that tyres are in suitable condition when we hand over the vehicle to you. As with your own vehicle, you are responsible for checking tyre pressures and condition regularly, e.g every week. We will pay for any tyres which need replacing due to wear (though not for tyres which have been damaged).
Oil & Water
As with your own vehicle, you are responsible for checking and maintaining the fluid levels (oil, water, brakes, Power Assisted Steering) on a regular basis, i.e. every few days. You will be liable for any damage caused by any omission to check these items.
You will be covered either by the manufacturer’s standard warranty breakdown cover or, if that cover has expired, by our own breakdown cover. If you have a breakdown, you must let us know immediately – we will contact the relevant breakdown provider and arrange repair of the vehicle. You must not take the vehicle out of the UK without our explicit written consent.
Your car will be serviced in line with manufacturers’ guidelines and / or service instructions which appear on each car’s information systems. We will manage any servicing which may need to be done.
